UPRAVLJANJE RIZICIMA I BEZBEDNOST NA RADU PRI KORIŠĆENJU HIBRIDNIH I ELEKTRIČNIH VOZILA

KRATAK SADRŽAJ
Živimo u vremenu sve intezivnije upotrebe hibridnih i električnih vozila. Ova vrsta vozila predstavlja specifičan i značajan rizik za vatrogasce kao i za korisnike ove kategorije automobila. Opasnosti i štetnosti koje nastaju kao sastavni deo požara kod ove kategorije vozila su izuzetno velike. S obzirom da u široj javnosti postoje ozbiljne dileme na samu taktiku gašenja ove kategorije požara, pitanje bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu je takođe veoma interesantno za proučavanje. Da li su češći požari na klasičnim automobilima ili kod ove kategorije automobila i koju vrstu lične zaštitne opreme treba da koristimo prilikom gašenja požara? U kojoj meri raspolažemo sa adekvatnim znanjima i da li su ona primenjiva u svakodnevnom životu i radu odgovornih lica za bezbednost i zdravlje na radu? Radi jasnijeg razumevanja problema, u radu ćemo pojasniti neke od osnovnih pojmova kada govorimo o baterijama ove kategorije automobila i potencijalnim sredstima za gašenje požara. Odmah nakon toga, fokus našeg rada će biti na definisanju odgovarajućih mera za bezbedan rad, kako vatrogasaca tako i potencijalnih korisnika ove kategorije vozila. U radu je korišćena deskriptivna metoda uz proučavanje dostupne literature, kako domaće tako i inostrane.
ABSTRACT
We live in a time of increasingly intensive use of hybrid and electric vehicles. This type of vehicle presents a specific and significant risk for firefighters as well as for users of this category of automobiles. The hazards and harmful effects that arise as an integral part of fires involving these vehicles are extremely serious. Given that there are major public dilemmas regarding the tactics for extinguishing this type of fire, the issue of occupational safety and health is also very interesting to study. Are fires more common in conventional vehicles or in this category of vehicles, and what kind of personal protective equipment should we use when extinguishing such fires? To what extent do we possess adequate knowledge, and is it applicable in the everyday work and life of those responsible for occupational safety and health? For a clearer understanding of the problem, in this paper we will explain some of the basic concepts relating to the batteries used in this category of vehicles and the potential means for extinguishing fires. Immediately after that, the focus of our work will be on defining appropriate safety measures for both firefighters and potential users of these vehicles. A descriptive method was used in the paper, along with the study of available literature, both domestic and foreign.
