KRATAK SADRŽAJ

Zapošljavanje osoba sa invaliditetom predstavlja izazov kako u organizacionom i humanom, tako i u strateškom smislu jedne kompanije. Iako je angažovanje osoba sa invaliditetom prepoznato kroz zakonske okvire, praktično se uključivanje u redovne radne i osnovne procese u praksi ne dešava tako tečno kako bi se to očekivalo, odnosno vodeći činioci na tržištu rada nisu definsali jasne strateške okvire koji bi obrađivali ovu temu na konkretan način sa jasno određenim ciljem. Kroz ovaj rad trebalo bi prikazati model za Pilot projekat čiji bi projektni zadatak bio stvaranje strateškog okvira za prvenstveno aktivaciju, a kasnije i zapošljavanje osoba sa invaliditetom (OSI) u Elektorpivredu Srbije AD (EPS AD).  Rad bi trebalo da definiše strateški okvir, strukturu modela i odredi ulazne veličine za sam Akcioni plan po kome bi Elektroprivreda Srbije AD (EPS AD) jasno delovala i u ovom smislu kao lider na tržištu rada Republike Srbije.

ABSTRACT

The employment of persons with disabilities represents a challenge both in the organizational and humane, as well as in the strategic sense of a company. Although the engagement of persons with disabilities is recognized through legal frameworks, practical inclusion in regular work and basic processes in practice does not happen as smoothly as expected, that is, the leading factors in the labor market have not defined clear strategic frameworks that would deal with this topic in a concrete way with a clearly defined goal. This paper should present a model for a Pilot Project whose project task would be to create a strategic framework for primarily the activation, and later the employment of persons with disabilities (PWD) in Elektroprivreda Srbije AD (EPS AD).  The paper should define the strategic framework, the structure of the model and determine the input parameters for the Action Plan itself, according to which Elektrorprivreda Srbije AD (EPS AD) would clearly act in this sense as a leader in the labor market of the Republic of Serbia.
