KRATAK SADRŽAJ

Imajući u vidu da je autodizalica sa teleskopskom granom specifično tehničko sredstvo i da zahteva kontinuiranu zaštitu od preopterećenja, u radu je dat istorijski pregled razvoja tih sistema i prikaz identifikovanih preostalih potencijalnih izvora opasnosti i predloga za unapređenje zaštitnih sistema u cilju postizanja bezbednih uslova upotrebe i rada i smanjenja rizika od nastanka akcidenta. Održavanje (autodizalica van garantnog roka), periodični pregledi i ispitivanje u skladu sa metodologijom (od strane ovlašćene institucije) je ključno sa aspekta bezbednosti i zahteva odgovornost, kontinuitet i profesionalnost svih subjekata u procesu. Potreba za modifikacijom (nadogradnjom i adaptacijom) i primena savremenih rešenja na sistemima za bezbedno opterećenje, naročito autodizalica starije proizvodnje, je nužnost i imperativ.

ABSTRACT

Taking into account that a mobile crane with a telescopic boom is a specific technical machine and that it requires continuous overload protection, this paper gives a historic overview of the development of such systems and instances of other possible sources of danger as well as a suggestion for improving the protection systems with the aim of achieving safer operation and working conditions while also minimizing the risks of accidents. Post-warranty maintenance of mobile cranes, periodic inspections and examinations in accordance with methodology (conducted by a certified institution) are essential from the safety perspective and they require responsibility, continuity and professionalism of all the subjects involved in the process. The need for modification (upgrading and adaptation) and the implementation of contemporary solutions on safety loading systems, especially on mobile cranes of older production, is both a necessity and an imperative.
