KRATAK SADRŽAJ

Analizom postojećeg stanja održavanja i postavljanja opreme za zaštitu od požara u pravnim licima u svim delatnostima Cilj rada je i predstavljanje tehnoloških rešenja kako bi unapredili stanje. Često se priča o važnosti posedovanja i ugradnje protivpožarnih sistema zaštite od požara u objektima pravnih lica, kao i samo poznavanje korišćenja iste. Međutim, strana koja se često previdi kada se govori na temu, sama nedovoljna odgovornost zaposlenih pojedinaca u pravnim licima, u svim uslužnim delatnostima, ugostiteljskim objektima, tehnološkim procesima, industrijskim pogonima. Često se zanemari aspekt zaštite protivpožarne opreme, kao i nestručno postavljanje, pozicioniranje i odlaganje. Stacionarni elementi, unutrašnja i spoljašnja hidrantska oprema zaštite od požara često je na meti. U neposrednoj blizini pokretnih delova koji se koriste u samom tehnološkom procesu i u delatnosti pravnog lica, tako da najčešće hidrantski ormarići i sama hidrantska oprema završava deformisana, udubljena i iskrivljena od strane vozila unutrašnjeg transporta (viljuškara, raznih paletara, pokretnih delova mašina…) što rezultira njegovoj neispravnosti i nefukncionalnosti. Ista sudbina često zadesi i mobilne uređaje za gašenje požara, koji se najčešće postavljaju na mesta gde ,,ne smetaju’’ proizovdnom pogonu – što se odnosi na neke pomoćne prostorije, ostave, na izlazima iz objekta, neretko i u toaletima, odnosno na mestima gde nemaju nikakvu funkciju. 

ABSTRACT

Through an analysis of the existing condition of maintenance and installation of fire protection equipment in legal entities across all sectors, the aim of this paper is also to present technological solutions intended to improve the current state. Much attention is often given to the importance of possessing and installing fire protection systems in facilities operated by legal entities, as well as to basic knowledge of their use. However, one aspect that is frequently overlooked in discussions on this topic is the insufficient responsibility of individual employees within legal entities, across service industries, hospitality facilities, technological processes, and industrial plants.

The protection of fire safety equipment itself is often neglected, as well as improper installation, positioning, and storage. Fixed elements, including internal and external fire hydrant systems, are frequently exposed to damage. Due to their placement in close proximity to moving parts used in technological processes and daily operations, hydrant cabinets and equipment are often deformed, dented, or bent as a result of impacts from internal transport vehicles (forklifts, pallet trucks, moving machine components, etc.), which leads to malfunction and loss of functionality. A similar fate often affects portable fire extinguishers, which are commonly placed in locations where they “do not interfere” with production processes—such as auxiliary rooms, storage areas, exits, and in some cases even restrooms—i.e., in locations where they have no practical function.
